I personally suggest Targobank loans for special needs and faster approval. I never thought the bank will respond very positively towards loan and consider its importance to the customer. But, however I need to be honest with their customer service isn't the best to respond and needs an improvement. Especially they should also have English speaking executives. Overall I felt happy with the way bank treated and responded to a loan application.
