Opportunities for improvement: Create a version of the app/website in English.
BIG opportunities for improvement to the cooperation with Card Complete:
1) My card + PIN was sent to the wrong address (aparment 1 instead of apartment 10) - I have checked all my paper, everything I signed was with apparment was (as a prof, my debit card arrived to the right address) but Card Complete did the mistake.
2) After Card complete did the mistake I decided to personally go to their office to pick up the card + PIN. I was very dissapointed to see that Card Complete has opened both envelopes and gave me the communication with PIN and card from an opened envelop.
Other than that, I`m satisfied with ING DiBa - for the moment I like how you were working for the Debit Card + girokonto.
