I am not satisfied with Konto Umzug service. First, In order to use this service I have to book an appointment and wait for more that a week. Only after I had booked appointment, I was told what is necessary for the service (3 months transactions overview). Than I got (by post) a letter, where it was stated that I need to spend 1 hour in bank. At the end of the day, Commerzbank employee, just give me to sing 1 paper and took the list with transactions. Moreover, by the end of the month, nobody (from the list) got my new credentials. So, I have to contact all of them by myself. As a summary, KontoUmzug service could be optimized: why do I need special Appointment for it, if it takes only 2-5 minutes (just signing the paper and give transactions overview)? Why nobody from Hotline couldn't tell me what documents I need to use the service: the answer was "contact your branch"? From my point of view, this is very easy procedure, which could be done purely by e-mail (just sending you the list of partners and signed document that I don't mind you contacting them) In my case the procedure took too long and was absolutely useless.
