The only remark I have is that for a "online-only platform" I was expecting that everything could be dealt "online". This is true except for the fact that the password to access the portal user-page is send via normal post. This may be desired or needed for legal ( address validation, for example ) but I was surprised, I thought it would be simply sent to the e-mail.
