Problems encountered:
- you ask for an ID without mentioning specific validity or document type. you should specify you need Passport instead of mentioning ID if you do not accept generic ID like identity cards for example as happened to me delaying my process. There is a requested validity for the Passport as well, this should be added to the instructions and well clear.
- I spoke with several employees. Some that was impossible to understand. Please carefully check the language skills before to benefit from their service. Last lady with whom I interacted today was very kind and the only one that could help me properly in the process. I give 2 stars to the service for this reason only otherwise it was one.
- Connection problems (connection cut offs many times) camera problems (forced to use phone instead of pc)
