in general the service is very good, and the response times are pretty ok (normally within 24hours), which is good. The transfer of the funds sometimes simply take to long, 3-4 days. which could be done in 2. one thing i really miss is proper hotline i.e. a number to call when you need to speak to services person, only emails is not enough.
