A shame! For a waterfloading happend in my appartment, I have reported it with pictures the same day it happened. I asked by Mail, and by phone call questions which remained not answered. At every of my calls it has been told "unfortunately no one is available, we will call you back very soon". Nobody ever called me back after each of my calls.
