Pros: - it was the best offer we received from the insurance brokers we contacted - we received a kick back of more than ***€ Cons: - a bit hard to contact over the phone. You have to leave your number and then someone will call you back when they can (you can't make an appointment at a certain time) - no direct email to a person responsible for your case. It's a general email and many times you get contacted by different persons - sometimes you don't get an answer to your emails - took more than 7 months to get the kick back Conclusion: there's room for improvement but I would choose them again!
