I have always been very pleased with Heubach, several purchases with good faith, but now with my last order, my trust goes to the bottom. When multiple e-mails and phone contacts still do not ship my order. Finally, an email with a commitment made for shipment of a particular day, however, no shipment was found. Still waiting, unfortunately no fast shipping this time. Also difficult to get in touch if it is not going well. The total amount of my order is well over € ***, - I hope it will be fine and I will be able to give better feedback in the future, but I do not feel like buying anything yet.
