I’ve been waiting for 2 weeks, no response. I sent a mail asking for updates, no response.
I sent a mail to *** asking why is it taking so long, saying if I don’t get a response I will have to cancel my subscription.
Their reply: you’re filing your claim to the wrong mail. We canceled your insurance as requested. If you don’t like our service we’re sorry to hear that
Is this the way to solve problems?
