I did the Id validation online and the experience was ok. However, I have worked with several brokers for Metatrader and all of them had an intranet where you could check your profile and stats, but with FXFlat I only can access to a landing page. Even now that I have created a live account, I can not access to any private area. It seems pretty weird.
