Hi, The system asks for email address and shows postal code. One is confused. My login was blocked after trying to change the password three times (I believe the initial password from the application was required--I had forgotten that one!) Your customer service closes at 6PM so at 6:02 PM I was delayed by a day in handing in the confirmation to my employer. Not good! But this morning someone called *** was very kind to reopen access. Thank you!
