Very easy to apply to one of the insurance packages, and support can be done in English, which helps a lot for a non-german speaking person. So far I have only one big issue: you need a German Phone number to reach the hotline. Then regarding my personal insurance, I would like to have higher coverage for professional dental cleaning.
