There are 2 important factors: 1. I was able to speak with a Customer Service Representative in English. While the first person could not do this, I then used the Chat function and the Customer Service Representative suggested that a phone call would be better. Excellent. 2. The Representative solved my problem so that I do not have to worry any further. The documentation is in progress and I have the coverage that I requested.
