This insurance was easy to set up online. It was a great option for us as older students who were not eligible for public insurance here in Germany. The coverage was great. The only drawback was that none of the providers were familiar with Dr. Walter, so we often had to pay first and then submit the receipts to Dr. Walter for reimbursement, even though we presented the Ärzte-Info-Ticket. Reimbursement was timely, so this was never a real problem.
