I have called 6 times and the lawyers just hang up the phone, after I ask them if they speak English or they reply in English that they don't speak English and hang up. The search function, as well as "send email" function on the website is not working. Even above in this form, it says email is optional, but it is a mandatory field. This insurance is useless if none of your lawyers speak English. This should have been explicitly mentioned on t he website so that people don't buy it.
