The online application is really painful, Take long time to fill in everything, and at the end failed. I almost give up (or let's say I have given up if nobody called me on the phone.) It is also very strange that the username has to be with fix number of characters and fix number of numbers, same rules applied to the password. I have never ever experienced this kind of strange rule from any other website. Now I have already forgot the username and password I used to register. This kind of stupid rule MUST BE REMOVED!!!
