Overall, the experience was really not good enough. I had planned 2 weeks to do the credit procedure, and it was not enough. It takes longer due to their lack of professionalism. The contact person is really hard to communicate with. Indeed, they only reply to e-mails once per day and don't really read what I write. For example, they had asked me to answer a few questions for the credit (amount, number of payements....) which I replied to. The next working day I got another e-mail from them, and it was exactly the same as the first one I had replied to. They didn't even read what I had written. This creates a delay of 2 additional days just because they did not read my answer. Now we are almost at the end of the procedure, I receive one last e-mail which asks me to click on a link to get a notified ID copy (they will ask for way more details than entertained on the website) and of course the link does not work. I will have to wait another day just to get a new link... Trying to make the procedure faster, I tried to call. Nobody answers after waiting 2 times for 30 minutes on the phone on 2 different days. Worse, after a certain time, the system simply hanged up on me. And to add up, after some time the waiting music on the phone starts to crackle real bad. At some point it sounds like horrible noises and it is very painful to listen to it. Finally, there is no way to talk to anyone in person, the only way to give a feedback is through this link, and as said, the contact person is only available through e-mail, with one message a day, and does not really read what you write anyway. To sum up, it was a very bad experience, with a poor service, no contact possible and a big lack of professionalism, which makes the whole procedure very long and painful. I will definitely not recommend it or use it again. Unfortunately now, I don't have time to switch to another credit company, so I will go through with bob finance, but only because I have no choice.
