Contacted customer service via phone to ask for advices on which travel insurance to take out , but customer service was not able to explain different plans and advice the invalidity of travel cancellation insurance in my case . And he was not able advise a suitable plan , except to tell me everything is clearly written on the website . The customer service representative was ***.
