I am very disappointed that my damaged windshield and left headlight were not exchanged. During the accident the whole back window from the crashed car arrived to my car, mainly to the windshield and caused several small cracks and scratches. Also on the left headline there is a crack. Unfortunately those parts were not exchanged. *** officers told me that it was not recognised by Allianz. The car is 6 month old. Can you give me explanation why Allianz did not agree the repair of the above described damages, that were caused by my accident? Thanks, ***
